  1. v1.0.1TastyWaves 1.0.1Latest1 file

TastyWaves now has its own FM-1 identity, FM-1_937, and keeps it for every release. 1.0.0 used FM-1_950, which three other firmwares also use.

    Install

    • In your browser: open https://tastysynth.com/tool/ in Chrome or Edge, plug in the FM-1 and press Install on the FM-1.
    • Or download tastywaves-1.0.1.fwsc below and install it with tools/install_fw.sh (see the README's Manual install).

Updating from 1.0.0 keeps your patches and wavetables. Installing another firmware (the official one included) erases them, so back them up with the web tool first and restore them when you come back.

    Changes

    • Identity FM-1_937 (was FM-1_950)
    • Tested installing from the official V15 and leaving to it again
    • README: a Compatibility section; the install page explains what is kept

Same features and sound as 1.0.0. GPL-3.0-only.

  2. v1.0.0TastyWaves 1.0.01 file

Hold OCT- while switching on for the USB rescue. The FM-1 Firmware Hub takes you back to the official firmware at any time.
