The Sonic Potions + Erica Synths LXR-02 drum machine, modded, as a plugin instrument for the Akai Force / MPC: the whole panel on one page, LXR02Open’s voices, randomizers and the Hrtl DLC presets.

LXR02XXL is custom firmware for the Akai Professional MPC Live, by @sunskiefer. Latest release v0.6.1 (October 2026), 6 stars on GitHub.

    0.6.0: the sound engine is now the LXR-02's own, from the Erica Synths firmware Erica open-sourced (GPL-3.0): its voices, filters, PWM, modulation and the real FX unit, plus its plate reverb (off in the hardware firmware). The panel, randomizers, RESET, PARAMETERS column and pad control are unchanged. LXR-02 kits play as they do on the machine, pulse width and FX modulation included. The factory project keeps both preset sets: the Hrtl DLC kits as the LXR-02 plays them and as 0.5 shipped them ("05"), plus both init kits. MPC projects and saved projects from 0.5.x open and are converted. Installs over 0.5.x in place.
