Felucca [Salt] 0.9-salt14 beta fixes stuck notes on the FM-1's wired TRS MIDI input.

The receive ring is now read by its actual contents instead of relying on the UART byte count, preventing a missed count from leaving note-on and note-off messages waiting for a later byte. Thanks to keremimo for PR #2 and the device-level investigation.

Includes the current Salt firmware features: expressive USB/TRS MIDI, clock sync, themes and fonts, preset favorites, MIDI monitor, and web editor controls. Experimental Bluetooth code is excluded.

The installer and Studio include eight interface languages, flag-based language selection, theme gallery links, feature icons, and theme analytics with the saved cookie opt-out honored.

Install with Chrome or Edge at https://chancethemaker.github.io/Felucca/webapp/installer/ . An existing salt13 installation needs this firmware update to receive the TRS fix. Website-only changes do not require reflashing.

Validation: firmware build and complete host regression suite passed, including TRS buffer timing/wrap/noise, MIDI expression and clock, themes/favorites/settings, golden DSP renders and CPU budgets, package/installer recovery, web protocol, localization, analytics, and WASM audio tests. The contributor tested the TRS change on an FM-1 with an Akai MPC Sample; this combined release has not been hardware-tested in this session.

Assets include the installable firmware, matching source archive, and SHA-256 checksums. Source commit: 949052728758229ab5ab1816ccf9fa61fafc5803
