    Tuna 1.0

The first release: generative music on the FM-1, composed as it plays.

    • 89 composers and styles in 10 eras, from Hildegard von Bingen to today, in 285 manners; 86 popular genres in 8 decades, the 1950s to now; 8 character presets, from STILL to DRIVE.
    • The melodies of 45 composers tuned toward what 3,486 public-domain scores of theirs measure.
    • 93 instruments on Felucca's engines, levels evened out; odd meters and grouped beats; equal, meantone, Werckmeister, Pythagorean, just and user-defined tunings.
    • The chaos knobs RHYTHM, PITCH, DENSITY and MACRO; a tapped key sets the root, held keys the chord; the seed on OCT− / OCT+; REC locks the phrase.
    • A sequencer: freeze what you hear into an editable pattern of up to 384 notes, with trig conditions, parameter locks and an evolution timer.
    • 16 slots that save the whole state and play back exactly the music that was saved.
    • MIDI out with every part on its own channel, and clock; a resonator of sympathetic strings tuned to the harmony.
    • Plays for days on end: the sample clock wraps without a hiccup.
    • In the browser: the same firmware on a simulated FM-1.

Runs on the FM-1. To go back: Felucca's installer, or the official V15.
