    FM-1 Controller plays and programs the M-VAVE FM-1 from a DAW. Without the unit, and for offline renders, it plays its built-in software FM-1 instead. See vst/README.md in the repository for what it does and how it was checked.

    Install

    • Windows: unzip and copy FM-1 Controller.vst3 to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\. Switch the FM-1's MIDI output off in the DAW's own MIDI settings: Windows lets only one program open it. This build has not been tried on Windows hardware by the author.
    • macOS: unzip and copy FM-1 Controller.vst3 to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/. The build is not notarised: clear the quarantine flag with xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/"FM-1 Controller.vst3".
